At Banking Circle, in addition to being an Axiom Developer, he also serves as a technical Business Analyst and Product Owner, a unique combination that allows him to work across multiple layers of the company’s technological and operational ecosystems, tackle complex financial technology problems, and contribute to the evolution of banking technology.

As an Axiom developer, Prachit manages the intricate details of regulatory reporting systems, ensuring that the company’s solutions meet the financial industry’s ever-evolving requirements. Prachit’s knowledge of Axiom CV10 and Oracle 19c, combined with a thorough understanding of ETL procedures and database management using SQL and PLSQL, has enabled him to build and deliver scalable, dependable, and performance-driven systems. Furthermore, his understanding of Shell Scripting has enabled him to automate key tasks, significantly decreasing manual work and enhancing operating efficiency.

As a technical Business Analyst, Parikh serves as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, streamline processes, and implement strategies that align with business and regulatory goals.

As a Product Owner, he leads the development of innovative tools and systems, prioritizing features that drive business growth and operational efficiency. He is responsible for shaping the product vision, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that the solutions we deliver are aligned with the market’s needs and the company’s long-term objectives.

Founder and CEO of Finexis Tech

In addition to working for Banking Circle, Prachit Parikh started a company called Finexis Tech, a consulting firm that specializes in cloud computing, regulatory reporting staffing, strategic consulting, cybersecurity, and AI solutions. Finexis Tech is driven by the principle that technology should support business goals and align seamlessly with them. Under Prachit’s leadership, the company has adopted a client-centric approach, ensuring that every solution is technically sound and strategically aligned with long-term success. He is very proud of building the company from the ground up and earning his client’s trust by aligning their technology initiatives with their core business goals.

Prachit also lends his expertise as an IT consultant for Technova Systems Inc., a Herndon, VA-based IT workforce solutions provider for the information technology sector in the healthcare, finance, telecom, and retail industries in North America.

Academic Experience

Parikh pursued a degree in computer science in college, attending Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.

He attended Wethersfield High School in Connecticut, where he was a tennis star.

Early Life

Prachit’s life has been extraordinary and eventful. Born in the United States, he was fortunate to travel the world from an early age. As a child, he spent time in India, exposed to its rich culture and vibrant traditions, and gained an appreciation for life’s diverse experiences.

In India, Parikh learned how different perspectives can shape not just people but also the way we interact with the world. Being exposed to Eastern and Western cultures and traditions gave him a unique worldview, one that blends tradition with innovation and curiosity with structure. His early experience and outlook on life shaped his personal and professional journey.

A Love for Music

As a kid, Prachit loved to read and play various sports, including rugby, tennis, football, and basketball. Playing sports was a space to learn both competition and camaraderie.

Music was and remains a passion for Parikh. It is an integral part of his identity and helps him express himself. He sings in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

Family Man

Family is central to Prachit’s life and remains his priority as he navigates his various professional roles. He makes time to spend with his family. He also loves to travel, continuing to expand his horizons.

Volunteer Work

Prachit Parikh has volunteered at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, a major teaching hospital and the largest Catholic hospital in New England. He has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.
